Refund policy

At Folivya Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, we have simplified the return process for you in compliance with consumer rights.

⚠️ Important: Due to hygiene and health protection regulations, returns of cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or have broken protective seals are not accepted.

1. Return Conditions

  • You have the right to return items within **14 days** from the delivery date.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and undamaged.

2. Return Process

Please submit your return request to folivyacare@gmail.com or via our WhatsApp support line. You can send the product free of charge using the **Contracted Shipping Code** that will be provided to you.

3. Refunds

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check (1-2 business days), the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
